Note: some warranty/liability disclaimers below cannot override mandatory consumer-protection rights that EU or US consumer-protection law grants. A lawyer should adapt these to your target jurisdictions.
Effective date: 23 September 2026
By accessing or playing the Pyatnashki game at https://pyatnashki.com (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Pyatnashki is a free browser-based puzzle game provided by dcp0 (“we”, “us”). It runs entirely in your browser, requires no account, and stores your progress only on your own device (see the Privacy Policy and Cookies & Storage Notice).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own [personal, non-commercial] enjoyment. You may not:
applicable law or the components' open-source licences expressly permit;
The Game, its source code, design, and original assets are owned by dcp0 and protected by intellectual-property laws, except for third-party open-source components used under their respective licences. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved progress will always be preserved (browser storage can be cleared by you, your browser, or your device).
This section does not exclude or limit any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
To the extent permitted by law, dcp0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of saved game data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The Game is provided free of charge, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it (in whole or in part) at any time without liability. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective date” above reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights of the place where you reside — in the EU/EEA/UK such rights are unaffected, and US state consumer laws that apply to you likewise continue to apply.
⚠️ Opt-in — leave this subsection OUT unless a lawyer advises including it. Many US consumer terms add binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver. These are heavily regulated (Federal Arbitration Act + state law), have real enforceability limits, and are generally not enforceable against EU/UK consumers — so they must be drafted with region carve-outs by a lawyer. A starting point only: "To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and dcp0 waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class or representative action. This subsection does not apply where prohibited by law, including to consumers in the EU/EEA/UK."
